Training Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Attendance Policy

The purpose of this policy is to define the attendance and other specific requirements to receive credit hours and a certificate of achievement for a CrowdStrike training course.

Online Self-Paced Training

To receive credit hours and a certificate of achievement for an online course or module within CrowdStrike University, you must complete all requirements of that course or module.  This includes any pre/post assessment, exams, quizzes or labs, should they exist. If you are unable to complete a course or module initially, you will be allowed to re-enter that course or module for the duration of your subscription. You can also retake any online self-paced course for the duration of your subscription.

Onsite or Virtual Classroom Instructor-Led Training

In an effort to provide the best learning environment for everyone in attendance, CrowdStrike asks that students arrive AT LEAST 5 minutes prior to the official start time of the course.   To receive credit hours and a certificate of achievement for an onsite or virtual, instructor-led course, you must complete the entire course. This includes any pre-assessment/post assessment, exams, quizzes or labs, should they exist.

Students who attend at least 50% of the course will be listed as having attended but they will be listed as 50% complete and will NOT be able to download a certificate of achievement.  Credits will still be deducted for their seat in the course.

Students who attend less than 50% of the course will NOT be marked as having attended and will be listed as having completed 0% of the course.  They will not be able to download a certificate of achievement. Credits will still be deducted for their seat in the course.
