General Event Information

Fal.Con Europe 2025 will be held on 4-6 November 2025 at the Fira de Barcelona (Hall 8, Gran Via) in Barcelona, Spain. 

Pre-conference programming will take place on Tuesday, 4 November with CrowdStrike University Trainings and Survivor Games (additional registration required). The conference will officially kick-off on Wednesday, 5 November and conclude on Thursday, 6 November.

Fal.Con Europe is designed for cybersecurity and cloud leaders — along with their teams — who want to stay ahead of today’s evolving threats. For the health and safety of all attendees we ask that you please do not attend this event in-person if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses. COVID-19 vaccines are not required to attend Fal.Con Europe.


Hotel & Travel Information

Yes! CrowdStrike has partnered with BNetwork, the official and exclusive housing provider for Fal.Con Europe 2025, to secure discounted room rates at select hotels in Barcelona, including options near the event venue.

The full list of available hotels and to book accommodations is available upon registering for Fal.Con Europe.

Discounted group rates vary by hotel and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These rates will expire on 10 August 2025. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred hotel and rate. Details are available upon registering for Fal.Con Europe.

You can modify your reservation via your attendee portal and navigate to the hotel booking portal hosted by BNetwork or contacting via email. All changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Yes, a credit card is required to confirm your reservation at an official Fal.Con Europe hotel. Upon booking, a deposit equal to 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged to secure your room.

Until 25 August 2025: Cancellations and reductions in stay can be made free of charge.

From 26 August to 23 September 2025: A 50% cancellation fee will apply to the total cost of the cancelled nights for any cancellations or reductions in stay.

24 September 2025 and onward: Cancellations or reductions in stay will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Please note that telephone cancellations will not be accepted, and applicable penalties may apply.

Traveling by air
If you’re flying, Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is the closest airport to the event venue. The Fira Gran Via (Hall 8) is easily accessible from El Prat – 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes by public transport.

Traveling by train
Barcelona is easily accessible by train from all over Europe. Barcelona Sants Train Station is the primary train station for national and international arrivals and departures.

Getting to the venue 
It’s easy to get to the venue via a taxi, bus, or underground. To find out more about the best routes, please visit this website and review the “How to get here” section.

Yes, however we can only issue visa letters for fully registered attendees. Please reach out by email requesting a visa letter template for you to complete.

If you are traveling from outside of Europe or from the UK and require a visa for your trip, we recommend you check this website to review the conditions for entry into Spain.


Registration Information

See below and the registration page for more information on conference pass and special rate options:

  • Early-bird conference pass: €695 (available until 3 October)
  • Standard conference pass: €895 (after 3 October)
  • Academia, Nonprofit & Public Sector Special Rate: €595 for a conference pass, regardless of when you register
  • CrowdStrike University Training (Pre-Conference, 4 November): €900 (per course until 3 October)

Your conference pass provides access to all event activities, programming, the Hub, meals, and networking receptions 4-6 Nov. Exceptions include activities designated as ‘invite-only’ or ‘pre-registration required’, like CrowdStrike University.

You can purchase your pass online with a credit card or, alternatively, place an order directly with your CrowdStrike representative via a purchase order (PO). Once the PO is in place you will receive a priority discount code to redeem during online registration.

Yes! Academia, nonprofit, and public sector registrants receive a special rate of €595 for a Conference Pass, regardless of when you register. Please contact us to receive the discount code to apply at registration. Your business email is required to register for this special rate.

Fal.Con Europe is open to registered attendees only.

Yes, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Yes! You can sign up for the Europe Partner Summit only at no charge. Contact your CrowdStrike partner representative for a discount code to use during registration.

Visit the attendee portal and click 'Forgot password?' Follow the instructions to recover your credentials.

Please contact us directly and we will resend your confirmation. Also, check your inbox for mail from fal.coneurope25@principalge.com.

Your CrowdStrike representative will provide you with a priority discount code for you to use during registration. Enter this code in the ‘Discount code’ section at the top of the Checkout page during the registration process.

Login to your attendee portal to access and print a copy of your invoice.

Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. See below for more details. 

  • Cancellations before 14 October 2025: full refund
  • Cancellations between 15-31 October 2025: 50% refund
  • Cancellations after 31 October 2025: no refund
  • All refunds will be processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation notice.

Yes, registrations are fully transferable to a colleague within the same organisation. Please email us to notify us of the transfer.
