What are my payment options?
You can purchase your pass online with a credit card. Or, if you prefer to pay by purchase order (PO) please contact your CrowdStrike representative to place an order. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a priority discount code to redeem during online registration.
What is the cancellation process and policy?
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations before 14 Oct. 2025: Full refund
- Cancellations between 15-31 Oct. 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellations after 31 Oct. 2025: No refund
Refunds are processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation request.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Fal.Con Europe passes are fully transferable within the same organisation — just email us with the new attendee’s information.
Can you provide me with a visa invitation letter?
Yes, however we can only issue visa letters for fully registered attendees. Please reach out by email requesting a visa letter template for you to complete.
If you are traveling from outside of Europe or from the UK and require a visa for your trip, we recommend you check this website to review the conditions for entry into Spain.
