CrowdStrike has secured discounted room rates at select hotels in Barcelona, including options near the event venue. Once you register, you’ll receive the discounted booking link in your confirmation email and in your attendee portal. Hotel discounts expire on 10 August 2025, but rooms may sell out sooner. Please register and book early to secure your stay.

What are my payment options?
You can purchase your pass online with a credit card. Or, if you prefer to pay by purchase order (PO) please contact your CrowdStrike representative to place an order. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a priority discount code to redeem during online registration.
What is the cancellation process and policy?
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation request.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Fal.Con Europe passes are fully transferable within the same organisation — just email us with the new attendee’s information.
Can you provide me with a visa invitation letter?
Yes, however we can only issue visa letters for fully registered attendees. Please reach out by email requesting a visa letter template for you to complete.
