Justin Acquaro serves as the Chief Information Officer at CrowdStrike, where he leads the company’s global IT strategy and operations, ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals to drive innovation, security and growth. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and implementing transformative technology solutions, Mr. Acquaro plays a key role in shaping CrowdStrike’s secure, scalable infrastructure to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
 

Mr. Acquaro joined CrowdStrike as Chief Information Security Officer in May 2023, where he built high-performing teams and systems that help surface risk and defend against threats to both CrowdStrike and its customers.
 

Prior to joining CrowdStrike, he held key security roles in large enterprise organizations, including Chief Information Security Officer for Evernorth, a $140B health tech and services business under Cigna, and Global Chief Information & Product Cyber Officer for General Electric. With over 20 years of experience defending against nation-state-driven cyberattacks, Mr. Acquaro was also a member of CrowdStrike’s Customer Advisory Board, making him intimately familiar with the company's mission, culture and cutting-edge approach to cybersecurity.
 

Mr. Acquaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dowling College and a Master’s degree in Information Security from James Madison University. 

Mohamed Younis is Senior Vice President of Content at NACD, where he leads the organization’s research, education, editorial, and thought leadership strategy. He oversees NACD’s content platform across governance research, director education, Blue Ribbon Commission initiatives, and member-facing insights, helping shape the organization’s voice on board leadership and corporate governance.
 

Prior to joining NACD, Younis served as Partner and global head of research for Brunswick’s global public opinion, market research, and analytics function, advising clients on geopolitical trends, policy, reputation, and strategic communications.
 

Earlier in his career, Younis spent 16 years at the global analytics and advisory firm Gallup, where he led major global and regional studies on political, economic, and social trends. He later served as Gallup’s Editor-in-Chief, overseeing US polling, including presidential approval tracking, as well as the company’s global content and media strategy.
 

Throughout his career, Younis has advised leading private- and public-sector organizations on strategy, reputation, leadership, and stakeholder insights. He has also led consulting and editorial teams delivering data-driven analysis and strategic counsel to executives and institutions worldwide.
 

Mohamed earned a B.S. in Sociology from the University of California Riverside, and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Kim Box is an independent director serving on public and private boards.  She is on the public company board of McGrath Rentcorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), where she chairs the Compensation Committee and as a member and past Chair of the Nomination/Governance Committee. She is on Applied Science, Inc., a private medtech company, board of directors, and serves on the Compensation Committee.
 

Ms. Box served for nine years on the American River Bank board (NASDAQ:AMRB), as Chair of the Finance & Capital Committee and Directors Loan Committee, and was a member of the Audit Committee.  Formerly a Vice President at HP, she led a $1B global organization across 100+ locations, leading digital and workforce transformations. She was the CEO and President at Gatekeeper Innovation, Inc. (acquired by RxGuardian.) During her tenure, she grew the revenue by 500% and pioneered advancements in abuse-deterrent packaging for prescription medication safety.
 

Ms. Box’s board and executive leadership span various domains, including information technology, strategic leadership, digital transformation, M&A, global operations, AI, cybersecurity, and technology support. She holds certification from the UC Berkeley course Artificial Intelligence – Business Strategies and Applications, NACD Directorship Certification™, and a CERT in Cybersecurity Oversight. She was honored as one of the NACD Directorship 100™ as a leader in board governance. Ms. Box also serves on the NACD Northern California board and is the past Chair of the board.
