Chief Sales Officer
Jim serves as Chief Sales Officer of CrowdStrike. In his role, Seidel is responsible for global sales, customer acquisition and retention, sales enablement, and the company’s partner program.
Jim joined CrowdStrike in 2013, and most recently served as SVP of Sales – Americas. Under Jim’s leadership, the Americas Sales organization developed into a powerful engine, contributing impressively to CrowdStrike’s historic ARR and customer acquisition growth. He opened up EMEA for Sales in 2015, and created multiple programs within the Sales organization that have been adopted globally as best practice. Consistently promoting and developing talent from within Jim has built a strong core leadership Sales team. He is regularly sought out for his counsel from CrowdStrikers across the company.
After spending over a decade working in cyber security and more than twenty years in field operations, Jim knows what truly drives customer success. His expertise is in solving customer challenges and building and driving effective market strategies. Jim’s approach to success is largely derived from holding himself accountable for meeting his customers’ core objectives and enabling them to realize their own success.
