CrowdStrike Partners With Computacenter

Partnership enables enterprises in Germany to access the transformative CrowdStrike Falcon® platform

BERLIN – April 30, 2020 – CrowdStrike® Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWD), a leader in cloud-delivered endpoint protection, today announced a partnership with Computacenter, a leading independent technology partner trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations, to deliver the power of the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform to enterprise customers across Germany.

The CrowdStrike Falcon® platform combines key endpoint security capabilities such as next-generation anti-virus (NGAV), endpoint detection and response (EDR), managed threat hunting, IT hygiene and threat intelligence, all delivered through a single, intelligent, lightweight agent. CrowdStrike’s innovative cloud-native technology allows organizations to quickly and easily deploy the platform at scale to secure workloads across on-premise, virtualized, and cloud-based environments running on a variety of endpoints on or off the network. Falcon combines proactive 24/7/365 threat hunting, machine learning and advanced behavioral techniques to defend organizations against malware and malware-free attacks, for continuous and comprehensive visibility and analysis of endpoint activity.

“IT managers are often faced with the question of how they can reliably secure the large number of endpoint devices used in the company without compromising the user experience”, says Dr. Peter Schill, Unit Director Security Sales at Computacenter. “An effective answer to this question is CrowdStrike, whose solution combines all the important components for defense against attacks and optimally complements our own portfolio of security technologies.”

“In today’s threat environment, it’s not if you will be a victim of cyber threat activity, it’s when. We designed the CrowdStrike platform with speed and efficacy in mind to prevent attacks regardless of their origin or level of sophistication, while also delivering a full-feature platform via a single, lightweight agent,” said Amanda Adams, CrowdStrike senior channel director for Europe. “German organizations are massively migrating away from legacy solutions that are ineffective in stopping today’s threats, and we are excited to partner with Computacenter to extend our presence across the German market and reach those enterprises.”

The Falcon platform is powered by the CrowdStrike Threat Graph® which predicts and prevents modern threats in real time through the industry’s most comprehensive sets of endpoint telemetry, threat intelligence and AI-powered analytics. It processes, correlates, and analyzes over three trillion global endpoint-related events per week and maintains an index of events to stay ahead of future threats. The Threat Graph will empower Computacenter customers to understand threats immediately and act decisively.
