AARNet is a non-profit organization owned by Australia’s 38 public universities, as well as national research organization CSIRO. In this video, AARNet CISO Charles Sterner explains the unique challenge in balancing the open and collaborative global environment the organization must maintain with the need to protect AARNet from cyberattacks. The frequency and scale of malicious cyber activity has reached a level Sterner has not previously seen at AARNet, making the collaboration with CrowdStrike essential.
