The CrowdStrike Marketplace features third-party apps purpose-built by validated partners to extend the Falcon platform. These apps can be tried and initiated from the CrowdStrike Marketplace within the Falcon platform if you are a CrowdStrike customer.
The CrowdStrike Marketplace houses API-led integrations with technology partners, including data and automation workflow connectors. These integrations do not offer or provision immediate free trials from the CrowdStrike Marketplace interface. Organizations can easily learn more, request a proof of concept (POC) and purchase the relevant products/integrations from the integration listing page.
If you are a CrowdStrike customer, third-party partner apps are custom-built and available for a free trial within the Falcon platform, where provisioning is taken care of as part of the trial process. Partner integrations involve contacting the CrowdStrike Marketplace sales team to provision a trial or to get more information.
Yes, if the listing has a “Buy” button, you can fill out the form with your details and the CrowdStrike Marketplace team will contact you to discuss purchase options.
Yes, the CrowdStrike Marketplace offers free trials of third-party apps for existing customers and each trial period depends on the partner and technology requirements. Depending on the use case, a 15-day, 30-day or 90-day trial period may be offered. If you are new to CrowdStrike, easily request more information by filling out the form from the app’s page.
If you are a Falcon admin, log in to the Falcon console by clicking on the “Try It Now” button on the product’s listing page. Once in Falcon, select "Try It Free", review and accept the terms and conditions, and begin the trial. A CrowdStrike representative will be in touch within 48 hours to support your request. If you are not a Falcon admin, please contact your organization’s admin and request that they begin a trial. For more information and support, contact the CrowdStrike Marketplace sales team.
You must be a CrowdStrike customer to initiate trials on the apps available in the CrowdStrike Marketplace. Contact the CrowdStrike Marketplace team or your partner sales representative to request a trial of the app integration with CrowdStrike. If you are selecting an integration, you can bring your own license and fill out the form to contact the CrowdStrike Marketplace sales team.
To view which apps you currently have in trial or licensed, log in to the Falcon management console and select CrowdStrike Marketplace from the navigation. When scrolling through the apps, you will see a green “Trial in progress” flag or an “Active” flag beside the app name to identify which apps you have in trial or licensed.
