Targeting an obscene variety of public sectors including energy, telecommunications, technology, and government entities across East and Southeast Asia, AQUATIC PANDA creates non-attributable networks using legitimate services to obfuscate operations. With a dual mission of intelligence collection and industrial espionage, AQUATIC PANDA has operated since at least May 2020. We're doing our best to put them on the endangered species list.
