HOW TO PARTICIPATE. The Contest will consist of a game that will challenge Participants to leverage prompt injection techniques to get around AI's instructions and reveal a secret code in each of the three (3) acts within the game. Participants will receive a score and can improve it  by re-trying challenges and advancing  through the game. Scores are calculated based on successful task completion and prompt efficiency (tokens used); lower token usage results in higher scores. Current rankings will be visible to all Participants throughout the Participation Period. The Participant with the highest score at the end of the Participation Period will be deemed the winner. To participate, Participants must visit here and register and create an account using their business email address  and complete the multi-factor authentication process. Each Participant may maintain only one (1) active account. While Participants are encouraged to make multiple attempts to improve their scores and to solve the challenges in each level of the game, creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

To be eligible, all gameplay participation must:

  • Be conducted through your registered account
  • Be your own original work
  • Comply with standard gameplay mechanics
  • Not contain content that is obscene, offensive, or could harm Sponsor's reputation

The Contest explicitly encourages creative prompt injection techniques against the AI chatbot as part of intended gameplay. However, Participants are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or attack the scoring system
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game platform's backend systems
  • Creating multiple accounts or manipulating account data
  • Using automated tools or bots to interact with the system
  • Attempting to modify or intercept network traffic
  • Attempting to access other players' data or accounts

To be clear:

  • ALLOWED: Creative prompt injection techniques directed at the AI chatbot, decryption tools, and image manipulation tools.
  • NOT ALLOWED: Automation, attacks or exploits targeting the game platform, scoring system, or other technical infrastructure.

Any technical vulnerabilities discovered in the game platform (excluding prompt injection techniques against the AI chatbot) must be reported immediately to contactagentsofchaos@crowdstrike.com. Exploitation of platform vulnerabilities will result in immediate disqualification from the Contest and possible legal action.

All gameplay participation must be in the English language and must be the original creation of the Participant (gameplay participation collectively, a “Submission”).

Participants will have until 11:59 P.M. PT on September 29, 2026 (“Submission Deadline”) to participate and be considered for a prize for Act 3.

Submissions that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules may be disqualified in our sole discretion. All Submissions that violate any intellectual property, local, state, provincial or federal laws, or violate any Participant’s employer’s policies will be deemed ineligible. Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, garbled or unintelligible Submissions. Submissions will not be returned to the Participants.

Submissions, along with the Participant’s name, may be posted on any website owned and/or operated by Sponsor or any of its affiliates (“Sponsor Site”), Sponsor’s pages on social media web sites, such as Facebook, X, TikTok or Instagram, and any other website or other online point of presence on any platform, through which any products or services available on or through the Sponsor Site are described, syndicated, offered, merchandised or advertised, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decision to post a Submission or any portion of a Submission on any Sponsor Site does not mean that the selected Submission has been selected as a winning Submission.

WINNER DETERMINATION. Within three (3) to five (5) business days following the conclusion of the participation period for each Act, all qualified Submissions received for each Act will be reviewed by a Sponsor panel (the “Sponsor Review Panel”). The Sponsor Review Panel will review all qualified Submissions for verification and compliance with these Official Rules and score Submissions based primarily on token efficiency. The one (1) Act 1 Submission with the highest score will be deemed the potential winner for Act 1. The one (1) Act 2 Submission with the highest score will be deemed the potential winner for Act 2. The one (1) Act 3 Submission with the highest score will be deemed the potential Act 3 Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Participant who was first to submit their Submission with the tied score in question will be deemed the potential winner of the applicable prize.

In the event a potential winner’s Submission is disqualified, a runner-up potential winner will be notified, and must comply with the requirements in these Official Rules.
