Survivor Fest Contest 2026

Eligibility. The Virtual Survivor Fest 2026 Contest (the “Contest”) is open to approved registrants of the Survivor Fest 2026 online series held between October 15, 2026, and January 7, 2027.

• Entrants (“Entrants”) must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. By entering this Contest you represent and warrant that you are an authorized agent with the authority to enter. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in an entry being deemed invalid and forfeiture of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines could potentially reflect negatively on Sponsor’s image.

• The following are NOT eligible for the Contest: Employees, contractors, consultants, officers, directors, and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live), or members of the same households, whether related or not, of Sponsor, or its parent, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, advertising/promotion agencies) are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win any prize.

• Employees or officials of any government entity or quasi-governmental entity (including state-owned, or controlled entities) are not eligible to win.

Proof of legal residency, age, and eligibility verification may be required. 

Contest Period. The Contest begins Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 9:00am PT and ends on Thursday, January 7, 2027 at 12:00pm PT. Sponsor. 

Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Contest is CrowdStrike, Inc., 150 Mathilda Place, Ste. 300, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (“Sponsor”).

How to Enter the Contest
To enter the Contest, Entrants must:

Registration. Entrants must register at least two hours in advance of the starting game and attend and participate in the live game session(s) of any or all six (6) Survivor Fest Games. Registration is available at: https://www.crowdstrike.com/en-us/events/survivor-fest/

Registration for one game does not automatically register an Entrant for any other Survivor Fest game. Registrants may register for all games in the series at time of registration with multiple-game selection, or register separately for each Survivor Fest 2026 game in which they wish to participate.

Limitations. Entrants are limited to:

• One entry per individual per game.

• One prize-winning placement per individual per game.

An Entrant may participate in multiple Survivor Fest games and may receive a prize for each separate game in which the Entrant earns an eligible prize-winning placement.

Use of multiple email addresses, registrations, identities, accounts, or other methods to obtain more than one entry in a single game is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Participation Requirements. Entrants must attend and participate in the live game session(s) to receive a score. Players must complete the challenge on the event date to earn points. 

To earn a placement, score points within each game towards the Ultimate Champion Leaderboard (“Survivor Points”), or a prize within the game or top 20 Survivor Fest Global Overall Leaderboard (“Ultimate Leaderboard”), an eligible Entrant must:

• Participate using the registration information associated with their entry.

• Correctly complete all questions in the game.

• Complete the game during the designated live competition period.

• Comply with these Official Rules and any instructions provided during the game.

Incomplete attempts, late completions, entries submitted outside the applicable game period, and entries that cannot be associated with an eligible registered Entrant will not qualify for placement, Survivor Points towards the Ultimate Leaderboard, or prizes.

Consistent Player Alias Required for Global Leaderboard Participation.

Entrants who wish to earn Survivor Points toward the Ultimate Leaderboard must use the same player username or alias for every Survivor Fest 2026 game in which they participate.The player alias entered for each game must match exactly, including spelling, spacing, numbers, punctuation, and capitalization, unless the applicable game platform does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase characters.Each Entrant is solely responsible for entering and consistently using their selected player alias. Use of a different, misspelled, incomplete, or modified alias may prevent Sponsor from identifying the Entrant or combining the Entrant’s results across multiple games.Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, investigate, reconcile, correct, or combine results submitted under different aliases. Sponsor will not be responsible for any omitted Survivor Points, leaderboard placement, prize, or other consequence resulting from an Entrant’s failure to use the same player alias throughout the Contest. Entrants can request direct assistance to correlate aliases during the event.

Competition Format.Survivor Fest 2026 consists of six individual timed games.Each game produces its own official leaderboard. Participants are ranked solely by the official time required to correctly complete all questions in the game.The Entrant with the fastest qualifying completion time will be ranked first. The Entrant with the second-fastest qualifying completion time will be ranked second, and subsequent placements will be assigned in ascending order of qualifying completion time.The final placement shown on the applicable game platform’s official leaderboard will be used to:

• Determine the top three individual game prize winners.

• Award Survivor Points toward the Survivor Fest Global Ultimate Leaderboard.

• Determine overall standings at the conclusion of the Contest.

Sponsor may review and verify leaderboard results before placements, Survivor Points, or prizes become final.

Survivor Points.Survivor Points are awarded following each game based on an Entrant’s verified final placement on that game’s official leaderboard.
 

Survivor Points earned across all six games will be combined to determine each Entrant’s standing on the Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard.

All six games count toward the cumulative leaderboard.

There is no minimum number of games an Entrant must participate in to qualify for the Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard, the Survivor Fest Top 20, or the Survivor Fest 2026 Ultimate Champion title.

However, because Survivor Points accumulate across the Contest, participating in additional games provides additional opportunities to earn points.

Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard

The Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard tracks the cumulative Survivor Points earned by eligible Entrants across all six games.

After completion and verification of the sixth and final game:

• The twenty eligible Entrants with the highest cumulative Survivor Point totals will be recognized as the Survivor Fest 2026 Global Top 20.

• The eligible Entrant ranked first on the Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard will be named the Survivor Fest 2026 Ultimate Champion.

The Survivor Fest Ultimate Champion is also a member of the Survivor Fest Top 20 and is eligible to receive both the Survivor Fest Top 20 prize and the separate Ultimate Champion prize.

All standings are subject to Sponsor’s verification of Entrant eligibility, game participation, completion times, compliance with these Official Rules, and any applicable tie breaking procedures.

Tie Breaking Procedures. Individual Game Tiebreakers: Each individual game is ranked by official completion time. If two or more Entrants have the same recorded completion time, the Entrant whose qualifying completion was recorded first by the game platform will receive the higher placement. If the game platform cannot distinguish between the tied Entrants using completion time or its recorded completion data, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among the tied, eligible Entrants to determine the final order of placement. These procedures will be used as necessary to establish:

• One distinct winner for each placement.

• Exactly three prize-winning Entrants for each individual game.

Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard Tiebreakers. If two or more eligible Entrants have the same cumulative Survivor Point total, their final overall placements will be determined using the following criteria, applied in order:

1. Greatest number of first-place finishes.

2. Greatest number of Top 3 finishes.

3. Greatest number of Top 10 finishes.

4. Lowest average qualifying completion time across all Survivor Fest games completed by the Entrant.

5. If a tie remains, a random drawing conducted by Sponsor among the tied, eligible Entrants.

These procedures will be applied as necessary to determine exactly twenty members of the Survivor Fest Global Top 20 and one Survivor Fest 2026 Ultimate Champion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing records, placement, Survivor Points, tiebreakers, eligibility, and final results are final and binding.

Prizes. Individual Game Prizes: For each of the six Survivor Fest 2026 games, the eligible Entrants ranked first through third on the verified official leaderboard will each receive:

One $25 CrowdStrike Swag Store gift card.

A total of three individual game prizes will be awarded for each game, for a maximum of eighteen individual game prizes across all six games. An eligible Entrant may receive an individual game prize for more than one game if the Entrant earns a Top 3 placement in multiple games (Approximate Retail Value: $25 per individual game prize; Maximum aggregate Approximate Retail Value of individual game prizes: $450).

Survivor Fest Top 20 Prizes. Each eligible Entrant who finishes the Contest as a member of the Survivor Fest Global Top 20 will receive one Survivor Fest Top 20 Global Prize Pack.

The prize pack is anticipated to include:

• Custom CrowdStrike hat and merchandise. 

• One CrowdStrike adversary figurine.

The final contents, quantities, sizes, designs, and availability of the prize pack will be determined by Sponsor. Exactly twenty Survivor Fest Top 20 Global Prize Packs will be awarded.

Survivor Fest 2026 Ultimate Champion Prize. The eligible Entrant ranked first on the final Survivor Fest Global Leaderboard will be named the Survivor Fest 2026 Ultimate Champion. In addition to receiving the Survivor Fest Top 20 Global Prize Pack, the Ultimate Champion will receive a separate Ultimate Champion prize pack anticipated to include:

• An exclusive, custom-designed Survivor Fest 2026 winner’s award.

• Additional CrowdStrike merchandise selected by Sponsor.

• One (1) ROG Xbox Ally, ARV up to $600 USD.

One Ultimate Champion prize will be awarded.

Prize Conditions. All prizes are subject to verification of the potential Winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes are awarded as offered and without any express or implied warranty from Sponsor or its affiliates. Prize details and availability are subject to change. Sponsor may substitute a prize, or any component of a prize, with an item of equal or greater retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes:

• Are nontransferable.

• May not be exchanged by a Winner.

• Have no cash redemption value unless Sponsor expressly determines otherwise.

• Consist only of the items expressly described in these Official Rules.

• Are subject to any restrictions, expiration dates, or terms imposed by the applicable provider or CrowdStrike Swag Store.

Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Each Winner is solely responsible for determining and satisfying any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or other tax obligations arising from the acceptance or use of a prize. Prize must be claimed within 12 months of notification prior to code expiration. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after this period. Once issued, gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. All prize details not expressly addressed in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Disqualification. Each Entrant represents and warrants that their entry and participation comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify an Entrant or void an entry if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the entry:

• Failed to comply with these Official Rules in any way.

• Provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading registration information.

• Used unauthorized assistance, automated tools, scripts, macros, bots, or other methods to complete a game or interfere with its timing.

• Attempted to obtain more than one entry in a game using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, accounts, logins, or other methods.

• Shared answers, obtained answers from another person, or otherwise interfered with the fairness or integrity of a game.

• Tampered with or attempted to circumvent the game platform, registration process, timing process, leaderboard, or prize-awarding process.

• Engaged in unlawful, abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

• Acted in a manner that Sponsor determines may negatively affect Sponsor, the Contest, another Entrant, or the integrity of the competition.

Entries generated by automated means or by any method that subverts the entry or gameplay process are void. Disqualification may apply to an individual game, the entire Contest, any prize, or future Sponsor contests, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor does not promote or authorize illegal activity. Any entry or conduct involving or promoting illegal acts will be disqualified.

Winner Notification and Verification. Potential Winners will be notified by Sponsor using the email address, telephone number, or other contact information supplied during registration. Sponsor will identify the applicable prize and may require a potential Winner to provide documentation confirming identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.

As a condition of receiving a prize, Sponsor may require a potential Winner to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release forms, tax documentation, or other applicable materials postmarked within five (5) days of the date of notification.

Sponsor may also require valid government-issued photo identification or other acceptable proof of identity to claim any Prize.

A potential Winner may be disqualified and forfeit the applicable prize if:

• The potential Winner cannot be contacted.

• The notification is returned as undeliverable.

• The potential Winner does not respond within the period stated in the notification.

• Required materials are not completed and returned on time.

• The potential Winner is found to be ineligible.

• The potential Winner has not complied with these Official Rules.

• The potential Winner declines the prize.

If a potential Winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize, Sponsor may award the prize to the next-highest-ranked eligible Entrant, applying the applicable leaderboard and tie breaking procedures.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact a potential Winner. Unless a different response period is included in the notification, a prize may be forfeited if the potential Winner cannot be contacted or verified within ten days following Sponsor’s initial notification.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes each Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of:

• These Official Rules.

• Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest.

• Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Notice.

• Being contacted by Sponsor by email, telephone, or other contact information supplied during registration for purposes relating to the Contest.

Sponsor has the sole authority to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Each Entrant agrees to abide by all Sponsor decisions regarding this Contest.If any statement contained in advertising, promotional materials, game instructions, registration materials, or other Contest-related communications conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern.

Limitation of Liability and Release of Claims. By entering or participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and other parties involved in the administration of the Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action arising from or relating to:

• Participation in the Contest.

• An Entrant’s registration, entry, gameplay, or use of a game platform.

• Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of a prize.

As a condition to entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees that: under no circumstances will the Entrants or Winner be permitted to obtain any award for, and the Entrants and Winner hereby waive all rights to any claim(s), punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees.  All causes of action will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  In no event will any Entrant or Winner be entitled to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable remedy. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of Contest entries, administration of the Contest or the announcement of the Prize/Winner including, without limitation, any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. 

The Released Parties shall not be responsible for Acts of God, government or government agency action or inaction, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or disturbances, riots, work stoppage delays, postponements, inclement weather, rescheduling or any other natural disasters outside its respective control.

Disputes.  Entrants and Winner agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest and the Prizes awarded shall be resolved solely by Sponsor, shall be final and binding, and without resort to any form of class action.  

The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants in the Contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Santa Clara County courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Contest. Winner waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

Publicity.  Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, Winner grants to Sponsor and their respective advertising agencies the right to use and publish Winner's photo, image, name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, video image and audio, and/or other indicia of persona and city and state of residence in any media to promote the Contest or similar Contest or contests without additional compensation. 

Use of Data.  Sponsor may be collecting personal data about Entrants including, without limitation, complete name, zip code, email address, and daytime phone number (including area code) of the Entrants and/or Winner.  Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Notice. By participating in the Contest, Entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Each Entrant agrees that Sponsor, or its designee, has the right to contact Entrant by telephone, email or regular mail.  Entrant may opt-out of receiving future communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails).

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest or Sponsor’s ability to award Prize as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process or the integrity of the Contest), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prize(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE A WEBSITE, GAME PLATFORM, REGISTRATION SYSTEM, OR OTHER CONTEST PROPERTY, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO DISQUALIFY THAT PERSON FROM THE CONTEST.
