Elia Zaitsev leads CrowdStrike's technology vision and strategy, notably driving the company’s data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and malware research functions. Zaitsev was promoted to CrowdStrike’s Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in 2023. He joined the Office of the CTO in 2020 after having led the Americas Sales Engineering organization. He joined CrowdStrike in 2013 as the company’s first sales engineer. Throughout his tenure, he has worked closely as a trusted advisor to CrowdStrike's largest customers while collaborating with the product and R&D teams to ensure continued customer success and safety through innovation and evolution of the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform. Prior to CrowdStrike, Zaitsev was at IBM, i2 Inc., and Northrop Grumman.

Michael Sentonas serves as President and is responsible for CrowdStrike’s product and go-to-market functions, including its sales, marketing, product and engineering, threat intelligence, privacy and policy, corporate development, corporate strategy, and CTO teams. A 20-plus-year cybersecurity veteran, Mr. Sentonas is an active public authority on security issues and the evolving threat landscape, and he is regularly featured as a speaker at key industry events, an expert source in the media, and a trusted advisor to governments and company boards alike.

Having joined CrowdStrike in 2016, Mr. Sentonas has served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Technology Strategy, from May 2016 to February 2020 and Chief Technology Officer from February 2020 until his promotion to President in March 2023. Prior to CrowdStrike, Mr. Sentonas held multiple leadership roles at McAfee, serving as Chief Technology Officer – Security Connected and Chief Technology and Strategy Officer Asia Pacific.

Oliver Friedrichs is General Manager, AI Detection and Response, at CrowdStrike. He was the Founder and CEO of Pangea, an AI security pioneer, enabling enterprises to deliver safe and secure AI applications. He previously ran Security Products at Splunk and founded Phantom, a pioneer in SOAR prior to its acquisition by Splunk. He also founded Immunet, an early endpoint detection and response provider (acquired by Sourcefire/Cisco); SecurityFocus, an early threat intel provider (acquired by Symantec); and Secure Networks, an early exposure management provider (acquired by McAfee). With 33 patents and three security books, Oliver has spent over three decades shaping the cybersecurity landscape.

Zeki Turedi is the European Field CTO at CrowdStrike, joining the company in 2016. He is an influential, tenacious, and highly motivated cybersecurity leader with professional experience specializing in endpoint and network cybersecurity, and he has extensive incident response and forensic knowledge within law enforcement and the private sector. Zeki acts as a trusted advisor and strategist for organizations across Europe. Zeki is focused on helping companies lower and manage cyber risk as well as build their cyber maturity and future. At CrowdStrike, Zeki also focuses on technology strategy and innovation.

Mike Petronaci is responsible for CrowdStrike's technology vision and proactive security strategy, leading innovation across AI, threat intelligence, and IT. Prior to CrowdStrike, he led product and engineering teams at high-growth SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity companies including Akamai and HubSpot. Most recently, he served as the VP of Products for SentinelOne, where he led teams responsible for delivering innovative customer-led products.

As Global Vice President of Cybersecurity Consulting Services, Mark Manglicmot leads Strategic & Technical Advisory plus Red Team Services.

Most recently, Mark led the Security Services team at Arctic Wolf, which comprised their SOC, Consulting/Concierge, Incident Response, Training, and Tech Support teams. A U.S. Air Force Veteran and experienced consultant, his experience is concentrated in enterprise security strategy, APT incident response, adversary hunting tactics, SOC formation, red teaming, and security analytics. Manglicmot’s USAF service of nine years included over five years in the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT), where he was certified as a “Combat Mission Ready” Crew Commander and Assistant Director of Operations to direct real-time cyber response actions across the DoD. 

Mark is frequently sought after as a speaker and media spokesperson on topics related to security threats and trends, incident response, managed services, security best practices, and more.

As Chief Global Professional Services Officer, Thomas Etheridge oversees CrowdStrike's entire Professional and Managed Services portfolio, including Incident Response and Forensics Investigative Services, Technical Assessment Services, Cyber Advisory Services, Training, the CrowdStrike Falcon® Complete Next-Gen MDR managed services offerings, and the CrowdStrike Falcon® Adversary OverWatch™ managed threat hunting offerings.

Etheridge brings to this role more than 30 years of management consulting and software services leadership expertise in cybersecurity with industry-leading companies. Etheridge has deep experience building world-class sales and delivery teams, global services channel programs, and customer/partner training programs as well as developing strategies for delivering impactful, product adoption-driving solutions with some of the world’s largest companies and government agencies. He is frequently sought after as a spokesperson on topics related to security trends, incident response, security best practices, and more.

Justin Acquaro serves as the Chief Information Officer at CrowdStrike, where he leads the company’s global IT strategy and operations, ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals to drive innovation, security, and growth. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and implementing transformative technology solutions, Mr. Acquaro plays a key role in shaping CrowdStrike’s secure, scalable infrastructure to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Mr. Acquaro joined CrowdStrike as Chief Information Security Officer in May 2023, where he built high-performing teams and systems that help surface risk and defend against threats to both CrowdStrike and its customers.

Prior to joining CrowdStrike, he held key security roles in large enterprise organizations, including Chief Information Security Officer for Evernorth, a $140B health tech and services business under Cigna, and Global Chief Information & Product Cyber Officer for General Electric. With over 20 years of experience defending against nation-state-driven cyberattacks, Mr. Acquaro was also a member of CrowdStrike’s Customer Advisory Board, making him intimately familiar with the company's mission, culture, and cutting-edge approach to cybersecurity.

As Chief Marketing Officer at CrowdStrike, Jennifer Johnson (JJ) leads the company's global marketing strategy and execution. With deep expertise in cybersecurity, JJ has a distinguished 20+ year career in enterprise software marketing.

Before joining CrowdStrike, JJ served as CMO at Illumio, Tenable (Nasdaq: TENB), Amplitude (Nasdaq: AMPL), Tanium, and Coverity (now Synopsys). She successfully led Tenable and Amplitude through public offerings and was a member of Illumio's Board of Directors. Her strategic vision has consistently helped companies define and dominate market categories.

Outside her CMO roles, JJ was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, advising enterprise portfolio companies on go-to-market strategies. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors at Immersive Labs.

JJ is renowned for her bold storytelling and ability to introduce innovative go-to-market approaches, hone strategic positioning, and disrupt existing markets.

Lee Plant is a seven-year veteran of CrowdStrike with 20 years of experience in the managed security industry, spanning telecommunications, cloud hosting, and several other sectors. Lee currently leads the global delivery team for CrowdStrike's managed detection and response service, Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR. With a footprint of more than 800 cybersecurity specialists (analysts and security advisors) worldwide, the Falcon Complete team protects thousands of CrowdStrike customers. A technical leader at heart, Lee began his career in network security before transitioning into SOC management.

Bartley Richardson is the Senior Director of Engineering for agentic AI and cybersecurity AI at NVIDIA, leading multiple software teams across agentic AI, cybersecurity, multimodal ingestion, semantic data retrieval, and graph/GNN. Previously, Bartley was a technical lead on multiple DARPA research projects, where he applied data science and machine learning algorithms at-scale to solve large cybersecurity problems. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering, with a focus on AI.

A strategic cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience, Brett specializes in building and scaling high-performing, global security organizations while aligning innovative technologies with business objectives to reduce risk and strengthen resilience. As Senior Director, Technical Advisory Services at CrowdStrike, he leads a team of cybersecurity experts delivering advisory services across security operations, red-teaming, risk management, compliance, and emerging technologies.

Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with executive leadership and technical practitioners to design and implement security strategies that drive measurable outcomes. His experience spans Fortune 500 consulting, startup innovation, and military cyber operations, enabling him to effectively bridge tactical execution with strategic vision. He has successfully scaled global teams, enhanced service delivery models, and driven significant reductions in operational costs and customer churn.

In addition to his industry leadership, he serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors for the College of Cyber and Analytics at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he helps shape cybersecurity curriculum and supports the development of the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
